The General Coordination for Refugees and Displaced People in Darfur said in a statement that at least 100 households, where displaced people live, also suffered landslides or were damaged.

Referring to the fatalities, the source said that among the deceased, in addition to the two children aged between two and eight years, is a pregnant woman, Africa News reported.

The country´s authorities reported earlier that since the beginning of the rainy season in this country in June, more than 6,200 civilians were affected in several territories, including West Darfur, South Kordofan, White Nile and Kassala.
