This Tuesday there were four fewer cases than yesterday, bringing to 624,624 the total number of people infected since the beginning of the pandemic here, health authorities reported.

No deaths were reported, so the total number of deaths remained at 4,383.

According to the report, the country has 2,594 active cases, 617,647 recovered patients and 2,943,810 people had tested negative.

The authorities explained that daily positivity is at 21.94 percent and that of the last four weeks at 13.33 percent.

Likewise, hospital occupancy is at 5.4 percent, and in the case of intensive care units, they remained in the range of previous days, i.e. 2.9.
