The event dedicated to the centenary of the iconic artist will feature pianist Rosa García, singers Lynn Milanés, María de Jesús, Lindiana Murphy and tenor Erick Durán, among others.
Anais Abreu, renowned pianist Nelson Camacho and Cuban clarinetist Lester Chio, who lives in France, will also perform.
Among the works in the repertoire are La flor de la canela, Fina estampa and Puente de los suspiros.
Under the name Chabuca Granda desde La Habana and under the artistic direction of Helson Hernández, the tribute concert will take place at the Basílica Menor del Convento de San Francisco de Asís, in Old Havana.
The tribute to Granda, considered by scholars as one of the most authentic voices of Peruvian folklore, has the support of Peru’s Embassy in Cuba, the Chabuca Granda Association of Lima and the Office of the Historian of Havana.
