The Executive Secretary of the Bolivarian Alliance for the Peoples of Our America-People’s Trade Treaty (ALBA-TCP), Sacha Llorenti, emphasized Chavez’s efforts to achieve the integration of the countries of the region and the construction of a multipolar world.
