Judge Sara Cockerill, who presided over the most recent hearing held last week in the Commercial Court, that instance does not recognize the judgment issued by the Venezuelan Supreme Court (TSJ) that annulled Guaidó’s appointment of an ad hoc board to manage the Central Bank of Venezuela (BCV).

I have decided that Guaidó’s board won: the TSJ’s decisions cannot be recognized, the magistrate announced in a verdict of more than 60 pages.
