Following an appeal filed by former President Mauricio Macri (2015-2019), the Federal Oral Court 2 initiated proceedings against Fernandez for alleged irregularities in the awarding of 51 public works in the province of Santa Cruz between 2003 and 2015.

On multiple occasions, Fernandez, who is also holder of the Senate, denounced being the victim of an unprecedented stalking and recalled that the court of this territory dismissed the case for non-existence of crime.

La Campora condemned the persecution against the vice president and its members painted the phrase Todos con Cristina (All with Cristina) on walls in different cities of this nation.

They want to outlaw her. The “Judicial Party” has the condemnation written. The economic power has consolidated its representation and its headquarters is in the Comodoro Py Courts. There is nothing new, we have already seen it in other countries of the region such as Brazil, Ecuador and Bolivia. Lawfare in our country is also the order of the day in Argentina, the organization said in a statement.

In the prosecutor’s pleadings, a speech typical of a campaigner could be heard. There was an excess of adjectives and a lack of concrete evidence of the alleged acts of corruption for which she is accused of, the text added.
