On Twitter, Roussel called for solidarity with Cuba in face of the death-dealing fire caused by a lightning strike on one of the oil storage tanks in the western province, where one death, over 120 injured people and 16 people missing have been reported to date.

Roussel regretted that in spite of efforts, the destructive fire continues out of control.
