On the agency’s Twitter account for Palestine, it noted that the day before, the Israeli forces killed two 16-year-old youngs in the cities of Nablus and Hebron, north and south of the West Bank, respectively.
“Every child has the right to life, to be protected and not to be exposed to violence,” the agency reminded.
According to the Ministry of Health, the Israeli troops killed 355 Palestinians and injured 16,500 in 2021, including 87 minors, 60 women and 18 elderly.
The violations systematically practiced by Tel Aviv’s troops not only leave a mark on our minors, but also deprive them of their basic rights, the Palestinian Minister of Social Development, Ahmed Majdalani, recently denounced.
They suffer from the violence, brutality and crimes carried out daily and in an organized manner by the Israeli security forces, Majdalani said in a statement on the occasion of the Palestinian Children’s Day, celebrated every year on April 5.
