Cuba: 107 injured in Matanzas fire are discharged from hospital

Havana, Aug 12 (Prensa Latina) Twenty-three people are still hospitalized and 107 who were injured in a fire that occurred a week ago at the Supertanker Base, in western Matanzas province, were discharged.

The Cuban Ministry of Public Health (MINSAP) noted in a daily report that the total number of people injured is 132, including 125 men and seven women. Two people were killed in the fire.

So far, 23 people are being treated in hospitals, four are in a critical condition, three are seriously injured and 16 in care.

The patients are treated in six Cuban hospitals and so far 107 patients, including 100 men and seven women, have been discharged.
