Convened by the Municipal People’s Power Assembly, Guantanamo’s Department of Foreign Trade and the Baracoa Agroforestry and Coconut Export Pole, the meeting promotes local exports.

Baracoa was the first village founded by the Spanish conquistadors in Cuba in 1511.
