BMC sources indicated that a 11-package batch including expendable material and medicines, gloves, syringes, probes, nebulizers, trocars, antibiotics and injection vials arrived in Cuba As soon as the over 400 health collaborators learned about the incident, they started off by collecting all donation as a sign of solidarity and contribution to Cuba.
Other Cuban brigades, located in Guatemala´s most remote places, expressed their strong support to firefighters´ work and efforts by postering the hashtags #MatanzasNoEstaSola #MatanzasEsCuba #FuerzaMatanzas.
