According to the program, the deputy foreign minister held meetings on Tuesday with Le Hoai Trung, Head of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) Central Committee’s Commission for External Relations, and Vu Hai Ha, Chairman of the National Assembly’s Foreign Affairs Committee.

He also met with Minister of Construction and Chairman of the Vietnam-Cuba Intergovernmental Commission, Nguyen Thanh Nghi.
