Havana, Sep 7 (Prensa Latina) Cuban Public Health Minister José Ángel Portal and his counterpart from Guinea Bissau Dionisio Cumbá met and exchanged criteria on medical collaboration and willingness to strengthen relations between the two countries.

Mr. Cumbá thanked the Cuban government for its medical assistance offered to the African nation during the months of the Covid-19 pandemic, and also praised the spirit of solidarity cooperation and the work done by the Cuban medical brigade.

We know of its internationalism and we are aware of the drawbacks Cuba is presently going through, said the African head of state.
