Russian Army deals heavy blows to Ukrainian nationalists

Moscow, Sep 10 (Prensa Latina) Russian troops on Saturday attacked seven command posts of the Ukrainian units in the Donetsk People's Republic and the Nikolayev region, as well as 48 artillery units in 178 areas.

According to Russian Defense Ministry Spokesman Igor Konashenkov, two reactive artillery platoons, and five howitzer platoons were annihilated during an exchange of fire.

He informed that a US-made 155 mm-caliber M777 howitzer was destroyed near the settlement of Novosyolovka Pervaya in Donetsk.

Konashenkov stressed that six missile and artillery weapons and ammunition depots were destroyed near the towns Kurakhovo, Konstantinovka, and Seversk in the Donetsk People’s Republic, in Dnepr and Radushnoye, Dnepropetrovsk region, and in Guliya Pole in Zaporizhzhia.

Russian air defense forces shot down 13 Ukrainian drones and destroyed five HIMARS multiple missile launcher shells, Konashenkov said at his press conference.

Since the beginning of its special military operation in Ukraine, Russia has destroyed 293 airplanes, 152 helicopters, 1,929 unmanned aerial vehicles, 374 anti-aircraft missile systems, as well as 4,870 tanks and other armored combat vehicles.

They also put 830 multiple missile launchers, 3,375 pieces of field artillery and mortars and 5,432 special military vehicles out of combat.
