Malmierca Díaz, who is on a working visit to Vietnam, expressed interest in learning from Ho Chi Minh City about issues related to the construction and management of high-tech parks, so that the island can apply them in the process of economic development.
Cuba wants to promote trade promotion activities between this city companies and Cuban companies, as well as exchange experiences in areas where the two sides have advantages, such as health and agriculture, he said.
