Cuban President Miguel Diaz-Canel and Prime Minister Manuel Marrero expressed their satisfaction over the fact that friendly and cooperation ties between both countries continue to develop in spite of a complex international scenario.

They conveyed their conviction that the socialist cause in China will be strengthened after the successful holding of the Congress of the Communist Party this month, the Cuban embassy here reported.

For his part, Russian President Vladimir Putin, in his congratulatory message, highlighted China´s social, economic, scientific and technological achievements, among other fields, as well as its important and constructive role in the solution of issues of the regional and international agenda.

Putin wrote in his letter that they are successfully cooperating in very diverse spheres, joining forces to build a more democratic and fair world order to counteract today´s threats and challenges.

Meanwhile, DPRK leader Kim Jong Un highlighted China´s breakthroughs since its foundation and contributions to the socialist cause after expressing his conviction that it will realize its dreams of revitalization, defend its sovereignty and territorial integrity and complete reunification.

The so-called Golden Week will begin as of today as well, an initiative of the government to expand the internal tourism market and give people more time to visit their families in remote places.
