During a public event in the city of Zanyan, the president warned that the riots give space to these kinds of terrorist actions such as the one that occurred on Wednesday in Shiraz (southwest).

He stressed that the riots harm science, business, security and peace, and insisted that behind all acts of vandalism are the hands of the enemy.

In this regard, he emphasized that security is the basis and requirement for the production of all scientific, economic, cultural activities.

The terrorist attack in Shiraz was claimed by the Daesh terrorist group, and followed a wave of riots and vandalism incited and promoted from abroad after the death of young Mahsa Amini, who died on September 16 after falling into a coma following her arrest in Tehran by police.
