Earlier, Acting Governor Vladimir Saldo reported that more than 70,000 civilians crossed to the left side of the river to safer areas in the face of increased threats of attacks by the Ukrainian regime, as reported on Telegram. On October 20, Vladimir Zelensky’s troops attacked a caravan of civilian vehicles that were trying to cross to the left bank of the river over a bridge, killing four civilians and injuring 13.
