An official statement said the speaker of the House of People’s Representatives Tagese Chafo and his Moroccan counterpart Rachid Talbi Alami agreed that cultural relations can benefit all bilateral ties.
Chafo and Alami met and debated on a great number of issues of common interest, laying stress on parliamentary relations, people-to-people connections and cultural unions.
We must work on such important issues. Our nations boast off have strong, long-established relations and also similar cultures, which can benefit both peoples, the Ethiopian parliamentarian stressed.
Alami, on the other hand, stated they also need to develop trade collaboration and urged to increase cooperation on platforms on the continent and around the world.
