‘We see an evident desire of the United States and its satellites to impede the objective processes of establishing a just democratic world order, to weaken the alternative centers of economic development and political influence, and to subject everyone to their dictates,’ the report noted.

In the statement, the Foreign Ministry exposed that such a policy leads to fracture of global governance mechanisms, which undermines the foundations of international laws.

‘For Russian diplomacy, the priority is the comprehensive building of long-term, stable and mutually beneficial partnerships with countries and their associations showing a constructive attitude towards the development of a dialogue with Moscow,’ the statement added.

The Russian Foreign Ministry Board issued the assertion in the presence of Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov, in a meeting that served to update regulatory framework on foreign policy activities.
