The call was made by ANPP President Esteban Lazo, in use of the powers conferred to him by Article 111 of the Constitution of the Republic.

As is traditional, the work of commissions and plenary sessions will be held at the International Convention Center in Havana.

Although the call does not elaborate on the main issues to be debated by lawmakers, it is numerous bills are expected to be submitted for debate and approval, according to the profound legislative reform taking place in Cuba.
