The statement issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Federation pointed out that the embassy described the accusations of the international relations committee of the Upper House as an outrageous misrepresentation of the facts.

According to the embassy, US lawmakers turned a blind eye for eight years to the sufferings inflicted by the Ukrainian regime on the people of Donbass.

The diplomatic office also stated, that Washington has also stayed quiet on the fact that women, children and elderly people are becoming victims under the attacks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine against the republics of Donetsk and Lugansk.
