In a congratulation message sent on Thursday to DPRK State Affairs Chairman Kim Jong Un, the Egyptian leader boded for effective measures in 2023 so as to promote bilateral relations through constructive cooperation for common interests, according to the state-run ACNC news agency.

Abdel Fattah al-Sisi also assured a 2023 full of hopes and successes for building up a world of harmony and peace for all, reached on the basis of the willingness and sincere efforts by the international community.
