This goes back to when London possessed many colonies all over the planet and a considerable group of experts in political sabotage and diversionism, preparing intelligence agents and specialists in war information networks. Based on practical cases, they created an extensive file of scenarios which, in time, were adapted and broadened to satisfy present necessities, according to the new technology for spying, tracking and communicating.

Here we must mention the term “turn”, which in this case can be translated as “turn around”, for changing the facts, used to explain the activity of British politicians involved in elaborating false information to justify London´s participation in the occupation of Irak in 2003.

We will limit this article to only a few organizations with examples of how they have been operating in recent years, which is not difficult since the information published in public sources is so abundant that it could be compiled in very large files.

One of the British projects of human mind manipulation, considered among the most sinister, is the Tavistock Institute. It was originally a clinic that studied post-traumatic stress during World War I, but since 1922 it did research on psychological warfare and, instead of helping the wounded soldiers, it investigated and registered their reactions during moments of critical behavior.

Among many other social engineers, a group of prestigious psychologists, such as Freud, Jung, Adler, Melanie Klein, Wilfred Bion, Edward Bernays, Eric Trist, A.C. Rice, Eric Miller, Aldous Huxley and R.D. Laing, worked for this organization.

Jung´s findings have been used, for example, to “remythologize” and “spiritualize” society, employing themes like “hope” and “change” as a sort of drug for the new era.

It can also be pointed out that, in 1945, Kurt Levine moved from Tavistock to the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) to create a group dynamicsresearch center. Presently in the United States, Levine is considered the founder of “social psychology”.

In 1948, this center moved from MIT to the University of Michigan, where it became a Social Research Institute, and continued carrying out psycho-social experiments, using mass psychology. By then, the original Tavistock clinic had been integrated into UK´s national health service.

In 1947, the Tavistock Institute was registered in London as a welfare institution to develop and divulge interdisciplinary models on group relations and training in administration and social policies.

By promoting creativity and organization policies, Tavistock kept on being an influential intelligence unit connected to MI6, the CIA, the German scientists of the “Paperclip Project”, the Rockeller Foundation and other similar structures.

The relationship with inter-personal and group communications continued to be its fundamental study subject. The founder of the Tavistock clinic, John Rawlings Rees, stated: “…public life, politics and industry must be at the center of our area of influence (…) if we want to infiltrate other people´s professional and social activities, I think we should imitate totalitarians and organize some sort of fifth column activity! We must work so that this idea guides all the teaching activities in all the nation´s spaces (…) to that aim, we have launched attacks to control several professions. The two easiest ones, naturally, are education and religion; the two most difficult are law and medicine…”.

It should be mentioned that Rawlings Rees, along with Henry Dix, another employee of the same clinic, frequently visited Rudolph Hess in a secret prison after his arrival and capture in Scotland.

A present-day example of manipulation and use of Tavistock methods of influence was the fifth conference of group relations in the Caribbean “Organizations, cultures, frontiers: exploring new leadership in a world-wide network”, celebrated last November 22nd, which proclaimed a “space to explore how our cultures, organizations and the frontiers we have created can be adapted to promote the indispensable visionary leadership for these network relations…”.

Although the Lavistock Institute´s headquarters looks a little different from other Western educational centers, one must take into consideration its rich past history. Not all of its information is publicly available. It is known that methods of feminism propaganda, homosexuality and the use of drugs, etc., were also scrupulously elaborated for the institute and similar organizations have gained their own spaces in the field of politics, economics and international relations.

The promotion of economic liberalism, for example, is carried out by the Centre for Policy Studies, which is often considered a (political) pressure group.

The Center of Foreign Policy, founded in 1998 by then foreign minister Robin Cook, concentrates on social stratification, political sectarism and contradictions in several societies.

Al first glance, it may seem it only identifies and solves problems. But, in a careful analysis of its publications, it seems its analysts deliberately search for the vulnerabilities of other countries so as to, somehow, manipulate them for its own benefit. A large number of reports published in its website is in Russian and Kirgiz languages.

The Fabiana Society is the oldest Freemasonry organization still active which calls itself a Think Tank. Politically, the “fabians” belong in the general field of the “Left”. The London School of Economics and The New Statesman magazine are its creations. This publication es known for its Russia-phobia, as expressed in a July 25th article, which says: “…Russia uses emotional pictures of children to justify its war against Ukraine and aims thedisinformation toward the children themselves…”. The authors carefully collect all the data on events in Russia related to patriotic education and construct info-graphs to somehow justify their fantasies.

Quite a lot is known about the London School of Economics (including the fact that it is the founder of the national university “High School of Economic”), but its worth noting that it is also dedicated to the promotion of sodomy.

The “Henry Jackson” society is another center which promotes the ideals of liberal democracy and supports institutions such as NATO. It has its own media hub and research department for propaganda broadcasting and the promotion of very dubious pseudo-scientific texts.

In one of its recent publications, there is a very long explanation about; “…how Russia is waging a hybrid war against Great Britain…”, and in other sections there is a selection of typical false news, mostly dedicated to Russia.

There are also international projects created by Great Britain, like the Pilgrim Society, created in 1902 to strengthen British-American ties. At different times, it included Margaret Thatcher, Henry Kissinger, Caspar Weinberger, Paul Volcker, George Schultz and other well-known politicians from both countries. Conspirators believe it was this society which laid the groundwork for the profound State in the USA, and was also able to transform classic British imperialism into a global corporative hegemony.

However, one need not follow conspiracy theories, since those institutions and pressure groups are constantly being broadcast by competing independent media outlets. During research into the corporative lobby and its role in the tergiversation of facts, many files can be found about how magnates eliminate all sorts of obstacles in their way, generally through non-democratic methods and procedures.

Also, one can see how some government “untouchables” can easily close down police investigations about organized crime, ties between corrupt Freemasons, political assassinations and fraudulent transactions, as well as camouflaging contacts between officials, contractors and criminal groups.

Likewise, in individual cases, we can see the importance of the destabilizing activity of Sir Anthony Moncton, who worked for the British intelligence and diplomatic services and who, in 2015, created the “Vienneast” consulting group.

There is little information about him, compared to what is known about some famous politicians and other dubious characters who go from one scandal to the next. But he is who develops the strategy of social decomposition through musical festivals and the creation of “night clubs”.

In Serbia, particularly during his diplomatic service, he promoted the launching of “Exit”, an annual electronic music festival in Novi Sad (Vojvodina) which, more than music, stressed the ideas of “democracy and freedom”. Now, “Exit” is known as a place for the distribution of propaganda and drugs. The festival´s publicity was actively accepted by the British media and, after a while, “Exit” was bring held in other Balkan countries and in other Serbian cities. So, the model is repeated elsewhere deliberately undermining traditional values and a healthy way of life.

Now, Moncton is pushing the “Atlantist” geopolitical agenda in continental Europe. At the same time, he is a member of the principal European group in charge of strategic communications, government relations and geopolitics.

If we look directly at London´s government projects related to information manipulation, we must point out that the British government recently invested more than 82 million Pounds Sterling in media projects in some 20 Western European and Central Asian countries. These finances were handled through the Conflicts, Stability and Security Fund (CSSF) to “…prevent instability and conflicts which threaten the interests of the United Kingdom…”.

An openly anti-Russia project, labeled as a “Program to confront disinformation and develop mass communication media”, is among its objectives. This project runs along the entire Western border of Russia, from the Baltic countries to Central and Eastern Europe, although its normative documents do not mention that it should be aimed against any specific country.

This project began in 2016 and was originally named “Russian Language”. However, its own documents reveal how the United Kingdom “is working with several partners to improve the quality of the state-owned and independent Russian language media. Later, other media were included in other languages.

Support for the beneficiaries included “tutelage with UK´s mass media outlets”, “programming consultation” and “financed co-production”. The program was led by the British Ministry of Foreign Affairs, but it refused to offer any information to official requests.

However, documents belonging to the British Ministry of Foreign Affairs aim at a relationship between several non-governmental Russian agencies and individual citizens with this type of British foundations and specify the resources allotted to each project.

For several of them, the protagonists include British structures, such as the Royal Institute of United Services and Chattem House, as well as other foreign organizations, such as the European Leadership Network, which led the project about the relations between Russia and NATO.

This project has a dual purpose. On one side, it is used to recruit agents to carry out certain actions inside Russia and, on the other, to attract competent professionals in Russia for the British employment market, in other words, “brain drain”.

In 2021, several documents were leaked, revealing the participation of Reuters and the BBC in secret Ministry of Foreign Affairs programs to “change the attitude” and “weaken Russia´s influence”.

Originally, the British Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Foreign Commonwealth Office (FCO) supported Reuters and the BBC to carry out a series of secret programs to promote a regime change in Russia and undermine the constitutional government.

The leaked reports show how the Thomson Foundation, Reuters and the BBC Media Action participated in a secret information war aimed at off setting Russia, working through a shadow department inside the FCO, known as Counter Disinformation and Media Development (CDMD). All of these media worked with a group of intelligence agents within a secret organization called the “Consortium”.

Through training courses for Russian journalists supervised by Reuters, the British Foreign Ministry pretended “a change in the participant´s attitude”, trying to build a “positive opinion” in the “perception of the UK”.

The British intelligence contractors who supervised the operation, commonly known as Zinc Network, bragged about creating “a network of youtubers in Russia and Central Asia”, “paying the participants without leaving traces of foreign financial funding”. They also sought to “activate a series of materials” to support anti-government protests inside Russia. That is, they tried to create inactive cells to make them function when necessary.

Another umbrella project is the “Integrity Initiative”, which presents an international network of politicians, journalists, scientists, researchers and military officers who took part in very suspicious propaganda campaigns often secretly financed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the FCO, NATO, Facebook and national security structures.

In one document it is called the “network of networks”, supervised by a group of British experts linked to an initially unknown entity, the Institute for Statecraft, registered in Scotland. However, its representation office is based in Two Temple Place, London.

Curiously, this place, called the “Temple”, is full of lawyers´ offices, and was used as a refuge for the Templar Knights.In fact, it is right next door to the famous International Strategic Studies Institute and this is no mere coincidence.

Finally, an organization outlawed in Russia: “Bellingcat”, has several British specialists. For example, principal researcher Nick Waters worked for three years as an officer in the British army, including services in Afghanistan, where he helped carry out the objectives of the British government in that region. Later, upon retirement from active service, he was contracted by Bellingcat supposedly to carry out “impartial research in the Middle East”.

Even more suspicious is ex-employee Cameron Colcuhoun´s past, when he worked for ten years in a leadership post in GCHQ (the British version of the US National Security Agency), leading cybernetic terrorist operations against the Middle East. The Scot, whois also qualified by the US State Department, specializes in security in that region.

However, none of this was revealed by Bellingcat, simply describing him as general manager of a private intelligence agency, which “carries out ethics research” for clients all over the world. Clearly, this lack of coherence hides key information from readers who need all the facts to form their own opinions.

All of these events prove, once again, the importance of continuous monitoring and detailed analysis of British government structures, foundations and personas associated to them.

This is important not only for Russia, but also for Latin America, where Great Britain has had its own interests during a long period of time, including subversion, like the project Mapuche Nation, which threatens the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Chile as well as of Argentina.
