The question is not if it will happen, but when, the Austrian minister remarked, assuring that the risk of a general blackout has increased significantly in recent months.
According to Tanner, Austria in particular and Europe in general must prepare for future power cuts, as a third of the population will no longer be able to fend for themselves on the fourth day of a blackout, at the latest.
The growing insecurity in which the countries of the old continent currently live, worsened after the application of sanctions against Russia and the sale of its gas.
