Without presenting concrete evidence, Otarola said the measure applies for an indefinite period of time, as well as to nine other Morales’ compatriots. Otarola accused them of violating article 48 of the Migration Law that sets forth that foreigners who threaten or disturb internal order will not be received.

Otarola argued that in the last months, as claimed by the media and right-wing politicians, since then, Morales ‘has been propitiating a situation of crisis and chaos in the country’.
