This initiative will also pay tribute to the 170th birthday of José Martí, a politician thinker, apostle of Cuban and Latin American independence.
In October 2018, Colón hosted the 19th National Meeting of Solidarity with Cuba dedicated to the Cuban Hero, Camilo Cienfuegos.
