The Deputy General Secretary of the agency for Palestinian Affairs and the Occupied Arab Territories, Said Abu Ali, criticized the new escalation of violence by forces of Tel Aviv.

Abu Ali condemned the systematic arrests, house demolitions and other measures that violate international law.

He blamed the right-wing Israeli government for this wave of violence and warned about its consequences.

Yesterday the Israeli army killed five Palestinians in the Aqabat Jaber refugee camp, south of the city of Jericho in the West Bank.

The Palestinian Ministry of Health denounced days ago that the Israeli army and settlers killed 224 people in the occupied territories in 2022, including 53 minors and 17 women.
