Some media outlets are involved in circulating false news on the recruitment of Palestinian refugees in Lebanon to take part in that conflict, the Foreign Ministry stated in a press release.

We unequivocally affirm that this news is baseless, the text stated.

The note further stressed that “the Palestinian people have their cause, and the Palestinians are not part of any other war elsewhere in the world.”

We hope to find peaceful solutions to global conflicts, and the peoples of the world will enjoy peace, security, and prosperity, it concluded.
