According to the information, the saboteurs, who infiltrated two villages in the Klimovsky district in the Bryansk region, crossed the Russian state border from the Ukrainian province of Chernihiv.

The saboteurs attacked the villages of Lyubechany and Sushany, located close to the border demarcation, and six civilians were held hostage at a supermarket in the first village.

The FSB did not specify how many saboteurs entered Bryansk but added that they might be dozens them and against whom they are fighting.
