Konashenkov added that as a result of the fighting, the enemy also lost a tank, three infantry vehicles, four pickup trucks, nine cars, two Msta-B howitzers, 3 D-30 howitzers, a D-20 gun and a US-made M777 artillery system.

In the Krasny Liman area, air strikes and artillery fire from the Central troop formation hit enemy units in the localities of Yampolovka in Donetsk, Chervonopopovka and Kuzmino in Lugansk, the senior military officer said.

In addition, Konashenkov detailed that in that area, the Ukrainian Army lost up to 150 soldiers, two infantry fighting vehicles, five armored combat vehicles and a Grad multiple missile launcher.

Meanwhile, fighter jets of the Aerospace Forces shot down two Mi-8 helicopters of the Ukrainian Air Force in the areas of Suvorovarovo in the Donetsk People’s Republic and Pokrovskoye in the Dniepropetrovsk region during the day, the spokesman assured.

On the other hand, Konashenkov said that in the Kherson area, more than 70 Ukrainian servicemen, 20 vehicles, a US-made M777 artillery system and a D-30 howitzer were destroyed by Russian artillery fire.
