On its official Twitter account, the Foreign Ministry noted that on Hungary’s national date, Cuba ratifies the will ‘to continue to strengthen the ties of friendship and cooperation that unite us.’
March 15, 1848, is considered the first day of the revolution that led to Hungary’s independence from Austrian rule.
