According to the website www.radio26.cu, most of the 13 hotels located in Cuba’s major coastal resort that are managed by Gran Caribe are undergoing improvements to guarantee excellent conditions to welcome both domestic and foreign holidaymakers.
The director of the Group’s Office in Varadero, Ismary Hernandez, explained that among the centers that have benefited from the refurbishment is the Club Kawama Hotel, whose front desk, lobby and lobby bar have been renovated.
The extension of the terrace in order to facilitate a better personalized service and to please customers, especially repeat visitors, is one of Kawama’s most significant transformations that is already available for guests to enjoy, he said.
Hernandez noted that the hotel traditionally exhibits high percentages of repeat tourists from various nations, with Canadians standing out, and added that the transformations will contribute to maintaining that trend.
The publication pointed out that with 6,566 rooms, the Gran Caribe group in Varadero excels due to the high quality of its offers in an environment where Gaviota, Cubanacan and Islazul also operate.
