Azerbaijani delegation to Cuba visits the Cuban embassy.

Baku, Apr 28 (Prensa Latina) Sabina Hajiyeva, head of the Azerbaijani delegation to the First Congress on Cultural Heritage in Havana, visited, on Friday, Cuba's diplomatic headquarters in Baku, Ambassador Carlos Valdes stated.

The Cuban diplomat told Prensa Latina that Hajiyeva, who is the Head of the State Service for Cultural Heritage’s Protection, Development, and Restoration under the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Azerbaijan, was informed of the program she will fulfill in Cuba.

Valdes also said that they exchanged information on the protection and restoration of cultural heritage in both countries and the prospects for development in the field of cooperation in this leading sphere.

Hajiyeva informed the Cuban diplomat that her country’s delegation also comprises Azerbaijani Ambassador to Cuba Ruslan Rzayev, Ministry of Culture’s International Cooperation Division head Araz Bagirli, and Foreign Ministry official Ramin Aliyev.

The Cuban ambassador said the meeting took place in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere, a sign of the high level of relations between Cuba and Azerbaijan.
