Tenor Plácido Domingo will give concert for Salvadorans

San Salvador, May 17 (Prensa Latina) Spanish tenor Plácido Domingo, accompanied by a group of artists, will give a long-awaited concert in El Salvador on Wednesday.

The 82-year-old Spanish tenor, who at some point in his career joined Spanish José Carreras and Italian Luciano Pavarotti to form The Three Tenors, will perform accompanied by the Mariachi Juvenil from Tecalitlán and other artists such as Uruguayan soprano María José Siri, and US pianist and orchestra conductor Eugene Kohn.

Domingo is a singer, conductor, producer, and composer with extensive work; he has performed on the most prestigious stages worldwide, including sporting events such as the Barcelona Olympics.

It will be a unique and unforgettable concert, musicians and art chroniclers said these days during the preparations and rehearsals with the Symphony Orchestra of El Salvador and singers such as Uruguayan Siri, with whom he will perform a duet.
