The prosecutor’s reference in this regard is closely related to an unrest on April 30 as the Spanish newspaper ¨El Pais¨ published a probe into the Jesuit Pica Pedrajas.

Pedrajas revealed that he abused at least 85 children and teens in vulnerable situations, most of them in Bolivia.

Born in Valencia, Spain, and died in 2009, Pica Pedrajas arrived in Bolivia as a missionary in the 1960s and worked in the schools Juan XXIII, in Cochabamba, and San Calixto, in La Paz, as well as in other school centers.
