4985-cuba-india
New Delhi, May 22 (Prensa Latina) Indian youth leaders have reportedly left for Cuba to show their support for that nation and learn more about its resistance against the economic, commercial, and financial blockade imposed by the United States.

On Twitter, Students’ Federation of India (SFI) General Secretary Mayukh Biswas and its Vice-President, Nitheesh Narayanan, announced their participation in a solidarity mission with Cuba.

Biswas affirmed that during their stay in Cuba, they would learn about the impact of imperialist aggressions, like the siege on the Cubans’ daily lives and the creative resistance of the Revolution.

Narayanan assured that they would join the World Federation of Democratic Youth and the Solidarity Mission to witness the building of a revolutionary society and learn from people of unparalleled spirit and commitment to socialism, while describing Cuba as a land of humanity.

Biswas and Narayanan are also the leading editors of Student Struggle, a journal of the Central Executive Committee of SFI. This organization fights for the rights of the new generations of India, especially for a better education system.
