The minister convened the national industries while inaugurating an international conference on the sector in New Delhi, All India Radio News reported. Mandaviya also stated that quality cannot be compromised in that sector that he described as competitive.

He added that the Government was taking steps to ensure the production of international products and reiterated the State’s commitment in the growth of the industry.

Mandaviya stressed the need to join efforts to produce better medicines and medical devices in the country.
