The 88-page court document establishes that the products include specialized firefighting foams and household and consumer products such as kitchen utensils, carpets, clothing, and food containers that repel grease, stains, and water.
Samuel Acosta, a legal representative of the Department of Natural and Environmental Resources, pointed out that the studies conducted on the presence of the “eternal chemicals” are limited.
