Konashenkov stated that Russian military on Tuesday had repulsed eight attacks perpetrated by various units of the Ukrainian forces in the areas near Artiomovsk.
The Ministry reported 415 Ukrainian troops downed as well as two tanks, nine infantry vehicles, six cars, one Gvozdika self-propelled gun and one Msta-B howitzer disabled.
Russia has been conducting a special military operation in Ukraine since February 24, 2022, the goals of which, according to Russia’s President Vladimir Putin, are to protect the population from ‘genocide by the Kiev regime’ and to tackle risks to Russian national security.
