Cuban President congratulates World Para Athletics champions

Lisbon, Jul 15 (Prensa Latina) Cuban President Miguel Díaz-Canel Bermúdez on Saturday congratulated Cuban parathletes Omara Durand and Robiel Yankiel Sol who got gold medals at the World Para Athletics Championships held in Paris.

We have learned about the golden performance of our champions Omara and Robiel Yankiel in the World Par Athletics Championships in Paris. Omara already has 12 titles in these competitions, while Robiel has broken world record twice this year. What pride you guys awaken,” said the Cuban President on Twitter during his state visit to Portugal.
