On Wednesday, the head of the National Electoral Council (CNE) Diana Atamaint requested having no restrictions for its officials and observers in the extraordinary elections of coming August 20.

The exception for electoral staff will be complied with from 00:00 (local time) on August 6 until 24:00 on August 30. This measure will be in force for 60 days and includes traffic restrictions between 22:00 and 05:00 (local time).
