Sources from the Bolivian delegation informed that Luis Arce will speak out on August 24 and show MESCP´s strength, which in an adverse international context maintains favorable indicators.

According to the Development Planning Minister Sergio Cusicanqui, Bolivian growth is higher than the Latin American average, which by 2023 projects only 1.6%, whilst the Plurinational State is growing at 2.3% above the regional average.

Cusicanqui reaffirmed in this context that Bolivia continues with a low inflation rate, which in June reached 0.8% barely.
