Riabkov noted that if the US opts for the “destructive path of nuclear tests,” Russia will be forced to respond symmetrically and the panorama will change completely, the Sputnik news agency highlighted this Tuesday.
The Americans have gotten what they wanted and they expected that countries like Russia would look the other way, but that is not the case. Now let them draw conclusions. And if they choose escalation, they will possibly have the resumption of nuclear tests.
The Nevada test center, where the United States carried out more than 900 atomic tests between 1951 and 1992, is located in a desert area about 100 kilometers northwest of Las Vegas.
