Gaza death toll increases due to Israeli aggression

Ramallah, Nov 1 (Prensa Latina) The number of people killed in the Gaza Strip due to the Israeli bombings has risen to 8,796 on Wednesday, a government institution reported.

Out of that figure, 3,648 were children, and 2,290 were women, the Ministry of Health said in a statement.

Since the attacks in Gaza broke out on October 7, over 22,000 children have been injured.

Several reports reveal that 2,030 people, including 1,200 children, are missing under the rubble of destroyed building, the source stated.

The health ministry also stated that the Israeli attacks killed 130 paramedics and other health workers, while 16 of 35 hospitals in Gaza are out of service.

Ahead of this complex situation, Palestinian authorities called on the international community to stop the Israeli aggression against Gaza and prosecute the war crimes committed by the Israeli civil and military authorities in the occupied territories.
