Cuba reaffirms willingness to collaborate with Botswana

Havana, Dec 9 (Prensa Latina) Cuba´s Foreign Ministry (MINREX) on Saturday reaffirmed its willingness to continue strengthening and diversifying bilateral ties and collaboration with Botswana.

The statement was made on X, on the occasion of the 46th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Havana and Gaborone back in 1977.

Since 1977, thousands of Cuban health professionals (Comprehensive Health Program (PIS), Compensated Collaboration and Medical Services, specialists in Pharmacy, Electromedicine and Rehab.) have been serving in the African country.
