Serbian film poster exhibition in Cuba

Havana, Jan 25 (Prensa Latina) The opening of an exhibition of film posters will mark the kick-off today, in the lobby of the Chaplin Hall, of the Serbian Film Week, which will be held in Havana until Sunday 28.

The inauguration of the exhibition of Serbian posters will take place this Thursday at 11:00 local time, where works made by designers from the former Yugoslavia between 1945 and 1989 will be on display.

Then at 17:00 local time the Serbian Film Week will officially open,at the Acapulco cinema, with the screening of the feature film “Once upon a time in Serbia” (2022) by Petar Ristovski.

At a recent press conference on this event, the counselor of the Serbian Embassy in Cuba, Jelena Živojinović, commented that the variety of genres present in the program invites us to watch comedy, melodrama, historical, war and social drama, all in the recent filmography of Serbia, especially those of the last two years.
