The PF said that the suspect admitted the messages on social networks and was not arrested, since there is no arrest warrant, only a search and seizure warrant.

The investigation, according to the law enforcement agency, stems from a publication on a digital platform, in which it was intended to raise funds, in a kind of “cash cow”, in order to pay a mercenary to shoot the president.

Such operation is led by the team of the Agrarian Crimes Commissariat and the warrants were issued by the First Federal Court of the municipality of Linhares (Espírito Santo).

The search and arrest warrants were served at the suspect’s residence, in the city of Aracruz, and, according to the PF, the suspect’s cell phone and computer were seized.
