Resistance leaders in the region reaffirm support for Gaza

Beirut, Mar 3 (Prensa Latina) Leaders of the Axis of Resistance in Lebanon, Palestine, Yemen, Iraq and Iran today endorsed their support for the people of the Gaza Strip, on the occasion of the activities of the International Al-Quds Day.

Under the title Al-Quds (Jerusalem) Tribune, the leaders of the Resistance movements in the region highlighted the steadfastness of the Palestinian people and the importance of the Al-Aqsa Flood in defeating the Zionist-American project in the Middle East.

The Secretary General of Lebanon’s Hizbulah, Hassan Nasrallah said that, ‘what is happening in Palestine, the region and the world is a Flood of free people, and we hope that it will grow, increase and strengthen over time’.

At this point, the top figure of the Lebanese political and military movement emphasized that Israel does not listen to the resolutions issued by the Security Council or the appeals of countries and does not care about international opinion and laws.

In this regard, he stressed the resistance, the continuous work and the certainty that victory will come, and ‘this is linked to Gaza and all the fronts of support and participation’.

Nasrallah pointed out that the epic Al-Aqsa Flood brought the Tel Aviv entity to the brink of the abyss and its final downfall and extinction, and the characteristics of this issue will emerge over time.

At 180 days of genocide in Gaza, the Hizbulah leader stressed: ‘we must work to emerge from this battle as firm victors and inflict defeat on the enemy and all those behind him’.

In this context, the head of the Political Bureau of the Hamas movement, Ismail Haniyeh, reiterated that the Resistance remains steadfast on the ground and in all areas of combat.

On this issue, he stated that the aggression against Gaza would not have continued or reached this degree of brutality without the US cover and its direct participation.

On the occasion, Islamic Jihad Secretary General Ziad Al-Nakhalah praised Iran’s support for the Resistance and its people, and called for strengthening unity on the International Al-Quds Day.

For his part, Ansar Allah movement leader Abdul Malik Al-Houthi added that the Yemeni Resistance developed its naval and missile capabilities to further support the Palestinian people.

In the face of the US and UK aggression, Al-Houthi noted: ‘we will spare no effort to support the Palestinians, who offered a legend of steadfastness’.
