Likewise, the president of the National Assembly of People’s Power (Parliament), Esteban Lazo, transmitted through the digital platform his deepest condolences for the physical departure of the prominent soldier, whom he classified as a revolutionary dedicated to the Homeland.
Andollo Valdés entered the Revolutionary Armed Forces through the National Revolutionary Militias, where he held different responsibilities and became second chief of the General Staff and head of the Operations Directorate.
